Welcome to Meridian Law & Finance. Our law firm, located at Królewska 16 in Warsaw, offers legal assistance for investors from abroad. By using our services, you accept the principles described in these terms. This document specifies the conditions under which we provide assistance with company registration, licensing, and intellectual property protection.

We operate in accordance with the law applicable in Poland and European Union regulations. Our goal is to ensure every client has reliable knowledge and legal security. All arrangements between the firm and the client are confirmed in writing to avoid misunderstandings. We respect our clients' time, which is why we focus on clear and simple cooperation principles, without the legal jargon that could hinder the understanding of our actions.

Our services are priced individually or in the form of packages, such as the Start Package. The price for a specific service is set before starting work. We do not charge any hidden fees. The client is informed about the full cost of the service before signing the agreement. Payments for Meridian Law & Finance legal services are made by bank transfer to the indicated account.

We commit to exercising the utmost diligence in preparing documents for the National Court Register and other offices. In the event of changes in Polish law that affect your company, we always strive to inform you about it in advance. However, our law firm is not responsible for decisions by court officials or administrative bodies over which we have no direct influence, although we always submit applications with the greatest attention to detail.

All information you provide us is covered by professional secrecy. At Meridian Law & Finance, we ensure that your personal data and business information do not fall into unauthorized hands. Our document storage systems meet safety requirements, and employees are aware of the responsibility for entrusted secrets.
